The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and the coffee machine was a great addition for our morning pick-me-up. The two bathrooms with a bidet and shower were a convenient feature, especially for a family like ours. the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Venice.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we found that the air conditioning in the apartment was not as effective as we had hoped. However, this is just our personal preference, and others may not mind it at all.

The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were accommodating when we needed to change our arrival dates. Gianna, who welcomed us, was a delightful and helpful Italian lady. The apartment had everything we needed, from an iron to umbrellas. The host went above and beyond, guiding us to the meeting point and personally escorting us to the apartment. The location was great, close to St Mark's Square, and the host was easily reachable and responsive. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment was quiet at night with the windows shut. The AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. our stay here surpassed our expectations, and we highly recommend it.

The location of the apartment was perfect, as it was very close to San Marco Square and in the heart of Venice. It was convenient for exploring the city and accessing the ferry. the apartment itself had good facilities, including two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment lacked clear instructions on how to operate certain items and had some issues with the AC and water pressure.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to St. Mark's Square, Doge's Palace, and St. Mark's Basilica. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. I also loved that the apartment had two bathrooms with showers, which was a great convenience. The bed was comfortable and Alberto was very helpful and accommodating with any requests. Highly recommended!
